Infrastructure – JV Group

J.V. Group is one of the largest vertically integrated textile players having its presence across the entire value chain – from Fibre to Fashion, including the production of yarn, elastic, fabric, dyeing, and manufacturing of readymade garments. The company has state-of-the-art production facilities in Tamil Nadu at Tirupur and Gobichettipalayam with a total manufacturing capacity of 135000 spindles to produce 14600 MT of yarn per annum, 3650MT of fabrics per annum and 30 million pieces of readymade knitted apparel per annum along with a dyeing facility that processes 4 MT of fabric per day.

Spinning

Jayavarma Textiles (P) Ltd – The Company has a combined capacity of 135000 spindles spread across two units. They produce approximately 40 MT of cotton yarn per day of counts ranging from 16s to 100s. The third unit Manchester Textile Private Limited, with a capacity, is of 35000 spindles would begin production shortly.

Knitting

This division is equipped with high-speed automatic circular knitting machines with a manufacturing capacity of 3650MT. These machines can manufacture fabrics of various diameters (9 dia to 34 dia) and designs to meet customer requirements. It houses imported machinery from Mayer & Cie, Pai Lung.

Garmenting

In line with our dedicated focus on quality, processes, products, accountability and performance, our garmenting division comprises sophisticated machinery that enable bulk production of T-shirts, polo shirts, pyjamas, leggings, kids wear, and intimate wear for export and the domestic market. 100% cotton, cotton elastane, cotton viscose, and polyester cotton are used. The unit has installed the latest automated cutting machines from Investronica Sistemas SA, now part of the Lectra SA- France and Juki, Pegasus, Siruba sewing machines.

Elastic Tapes

J.V. Tapes has the distinction of having the highest production capacity and being the largest designer and manufacturer of knitted and woven elastic tapes and the first ISO 9002 certified organisation in the country. It has also been awarded with ISO 9001:2000. This has been facilitated by a well-equipped infrastructure that is geared to meet the demands of a globally discerning clientele. Since 1988, the company has been singularly supplying 40% of elastic requirements in Tirupur. Today, it has evolved successfully into one of the most preferred suppliers for various brands in Europe and the USA.

Dyeing & Printing

Prioritizing supreme quality and finish, our dyeing and printing division is equipped with the latest soft flow dyeing machines with a capacity of 4 tonnes/day. The high-end soft flow machines (with drier) from Essico, Italy is also available, capable of churning out 4 tonnes on a daily basis.

For printing, machine and table printing facility is available. Nearly 5000 pieces/day are printed using multi-colour prints.
